John Spencer has a longstanding relationship with NGF through Pilkington's, their
parent company, where he first delivered training courses in advanced Access and
Excel. He was subsequently asked to construct a variety of software tools for them.
One of these was a quality assurance tool, initially devised in Excel with highly complex macros and VBA coding.
This allowed their technical staff to maintain control over a sophisticated monitoring
system.
More recently Gravitas were called in to help transform Radio Frequency Identification
data (RFID) from their new tagging system into a more detailed integrated quality
assurance tool. Each item is now shipped with its own test certificate, including
associated results and product specifications, which not only adds value, but also
provides NGF customers with an extra level of quality assurance and confidence in
